I want to lose all that body fat in 2 months and i can run 12 mins non stop but after that i’m pretty exhausted, but upper body wise i can bench press 100 pounds easily and pull of 50 push ups in a min so its really cardio thats the thing, what can i do to lose all that fat by the end of summer

I live a healthy lifestyle. I already consume a low-fat diet and work out 5-7 times a week and do strength training.
Alli says you have to have a BMI of 25 or above for it to work, and that you have to be “overweight” to take it. The problem is, I’m 5′4″ and 145 pounds. I have a small frame, and although my BMI is JUST under 25, I’m still 20 pounds overweight.
So I need to know if it will be safe and effective for me to use Alli. I already live a healthy lifestyle and don’t eat greasy or fatty foods so I don’t think I’m at risk for getting the nasty “treatment effects”. I just need something to help with my plateau and I don’t want to take any unsafe diet pills so I am hoping Alli will work for me.
I know it says technically on the bottle I should be at least 157 lbs to take it, but I have a small frame so I’m overweight at 145. Advice please? Personal experiences?

**since there is 3500 cal per lb of fat, if i multiply that by 10 [pounds] which is 35,000 then divide by 30 [days in a month] and get 1,166 calories, if i eat 1,166 cals every day will i lose 10 pounds in a month + all my excersise?
in other words, how can i lose 25-28 pounds in like 2-3 months?

Alright. I need to lose 25-30 pounds by the end of July for work.
I’m a model…and I took a break for awhile and on that break
I gained weight like CRAZY! I lost 9 pounds this month,
and went from 178 to 169, but I wasn’t on that much of a “diet”.
I just ate less…and hardly exercised. I’m looking to get down to about 140, or even less. But 140 is my overall goal, at the moment. I need to somehow do this by the middle of august at the LATEST, so I can get back to work. I may be a model, but I want to lose weight the healthy way and not the “model” way. haha
Are there any diet plans I could try?
I’ve lost a little bit of weight, but it seems like it came off slowly.
Plus the fact that I was slacking adds to that.
Anyone have any good tips? Suggestions?

I know 3 people, casual stoning partners of mine. Anyway the people I know are in a band and they actually make some half decent cash from the club gigs they do. They approached me recently and told me that a member had been dropped and that they wanted me to join them full time as the lead guitarist and vocalist(I can play the guitar quite well and they seem to be satisfied with my singing)
Its a punk rock group and we all decided that I should shed weight to get a Sid Vicous like form. Not to mention I’m kinda curious to see if I can do it, dropping the weight will be a challenge.
How do you suggest I cut 25 pounds within 3 months? I’m a strong willed person and don’t mind strict dieting. I am slim as it is, so eating 1200 calories a day won’t make me lose weight, so don’t suggest it please.
No matter what I’m gonna do this. I just want to see whats the quickest method, not the safest the quickest.

I do yoga 2x a week, but I will start going about 5x a week once school is out. I run about 2x a week.

I will be starting University in September, and I would really like to lose 25 pounds by that time. But I am not too familiar with weight loss and don’t know if that is even possible in such short a time.
My parents would never let me spend money on a weight loss program, so I plan on exercising at home, running, and DDR as well as eating healthier and in smaller portions.

i’ll also start exercising a lot. i’m on vacation until august 12th, but i can still walk outside, probably around 3 miles a day. and i can go swimming for as long as i want. i’m also thinking about getting up early and running before it gets unbearably hot outside. and i have some hand weights and some of those stretchy band things. so if anyone could give me some workouts using those, it would be greatly appreciated. oh, and i’ll be doing around 150 crunches every day.
so will this help me lose weight? how much? how else could i go about losing 25 pounds by september 1st?

Last year, i lost about 35 pounds and weighed at about 118 lbs for like 6 months. But then, when I had vacation time, I binge ate, and gained half the weight back to my current weight of 135 lbs. I know that sounds like a healthy weight, but I don’t like the way I look. I have the extra flab in places that I really don’t want it.
Here’s what my plan is:
I am going to workout before I go to school in the morning (40 minutes of TurboJam Cardio, and 25 minutes of abs, butt/thighs and arm exercises.)
Breakfast: 2/3 cup egg substitute, 2 cups of water, and a multivitamin.
Lunch: Campbells chicken noodle soup
Snack: quaker chewy granola bar of a piece of fruit
Dinner: 1 cup of cheerios with 1/2 cup skim milk or
Lean pocket or 1 cup whole wheat pasta or
1 piece of perdue sauteed chicken.
And I will drink ten glasses of water per day or more also.
If you have any suggestions for different exercises to do, or better foods for me to eat, please let me know. I am dieing to look good in that bikini at the beach.
And also, if you know of any online support groups for teenage girls trying to lose weight like me…. please let me know!
P.S. DO NOT TELL ME THAT I AM A GOOD WEIGHT OR THAT WHAT I WANT IS TOO SKINNY. I DONT NEED THAT CRAP OR ADVICE. I AM OLD ENOUGH TO MAKE DECISIONS FOR MYSELF.

DIET:
Breakfast: 2 Packets of quaker weight control oatmeal.Banana.Glass of water.
Lunch:Salad (plain). little baggy of mixed nuts unsalted.granola bar.
Dinner:Very small portions of whatever my mom makes or i’ll just probably snack on like nuts,water, when i get home and not eat much dinner.
I wont eat past 7pm
Drink only water, no sodas of any king, just water.
WORKOUT:
45 min. on elliptical.
50 crunches.
Run for like 20 min on the treadmill.
and im going to increase my crunches every week.and switch up the running and the elliptical do ny body wont get used to it.
If i stick to this will i lose 25 pounds by summer?

i cut out junk foods, eatin whole wheat breads, fat free turkey or ham, veggies, fruits, eating 1000-1200 cals a day and i work out everyday or every other day, burn about 500-700 cals.
i don’t think of myself as overwieght, i just want to fit into my size 2 jeans. i am in a size 4 now.

I weight 129 pounds, I’m 5′1.5″and I’m 17 years old. I need to lose about 25 by that time so I can look good in a prom dress (I’m buying it in December so it cost less). I do about 30 minutes of walking everyday and half an hour of pilates or yoga on the weekdays and a full hour and the weekend. I try to swim twice a week for an hour or more each time. I am also trying to eat only 1200 calories a day and I rarely eat junk. Should I change anything?

I burn 1700 calories a day
I tried acai berry and it didnt give me the energy that i wanted so i started to use reveal very expensive but keeps me active all day and it makes you lose more than 800 calories just by taking it so i combine that with exercise so i can burn more

I want to start off eighth grade by surprising everyone. That means losing a little weight. I’ve got until the end of August.
At home, I have a treadmill and lots of open space. I prefer not to be outside because it is so hot out. I love chocolate, but am willing to give up some of it.
