Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:
I’m about 5′9…possibally 5′10 and I weigh 158 pounds. My goal weight is about 130-135ish and I need to accomplish that by next fall for my aunt’s wedding but preferably sooner, suggestions? I need to tone up my arms, that’s my main concern! I heard that lifting 5 pound weights will give you no results, but I’m not sure if that’s true or not, help! I’m desperate please :(.

100 sit up’s everynight! and atleast 25min. of jogging and for arms just do a little arm lifting. 8pounds atleast, helps ton arms
