I precise this is NOT FOR ME. This is for a study I’m doing on extreme and dangerous weight loss that teenagers do, and I’d like anyone’s opinion. So if a sixteen-year-old does three hours of exercise a day, eats only celery sticks and apples and drinks a lot of water, can she lose 25 pounds in 12 days? And if not 25, how much do you think?

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.

No. The foods you listed, while natural and very beneficial to health overall, are very carb heavy. Once the body starts conserving food as fat, those natural sugars will metabolize to fat faster than your subject can say her name.
actually when you do that
you get extremely ill and get
a stomach illness and your
stomach will start eating
itself.
If she works out 3 hrs daily and eat only celery sticks and apple, she will experience sharp fall in blood pressure and blood sugar level as well. In some cases she may suffer from electrolytic deficiency. In any case, she will feel extremely weak and she will be unable to stand up on her feet.
yes im sure someone could lose a lot more weight but its not healthy for the body to work after that

Um!! She cannot do it. Also, she won’t be able to excercise 3 hours a day if she only eats celery and apples and drinks water. Even if she did excercise for three hours or even an hour her body will be working so slow that she won’t burn the calories she would have if she would have been eating healthy. also, when you eat few calories your body tends to hold on to them like when your body is starving so actually it would take you longer to lose weight. As far as the weight she would lose , depends on how much she weighs. But anywhere from 4-8 pounds. You can do that by eating health foods like fish chicken vegt. and fruit. Another tip, work out with weights, go to a gym and they usually have trainers that will show you around for free. You can lose inches that way .HOpe this helps.
