Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:
im 15 yrs old i weigh 140-145 and im 5′4. i want to lose 25 pounds because im going somewhere for a week and pretty much going to be wearing a bikini the whole time lol. so if i do this will i lose weight?

-eat fruit salads
-regular salads
-fruits like apples,pears,peaches
-veggies like carrots,im not sure what else
run 2 hrs. almost everyday outside (throughout the day) like i usually run 40 min each time i go outside so i’ll do that a few times a day.
Do crunches every other day and squats and other toning exercises for 20 min.
I just dont know what food to buy ?im going food shopping like july 9th thats when i start my diet.

Grains:
Brown rice
Quinoa
Whole wheat pasta
Brown rice pasta
Organic pasta sauce
Ezekial sprouted bread or wraps
Meat
Free range organic chicken breast
Grass fed beef
Wild salmon
Fuits and veggies:
Baby greens or spring mix !!
Tomatoes, Carrots, Cucumbers, Oranges,
Berries, they are all bomb
try and buy all organic produce and meat
When you train Try 100M and 200M sprints as many as you can, push really hard and your body will turn it on. Body weight exercise will also do wonders. Check out one of my blogs
