Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:
Im 15 years old male 158 pounds bout 5 feet 8 inches.
I will be working out monday-thursday at school an running on tuesday and thursday for about 10mins at school. im also going to be running one hour a day. and doing 30 push ups an 30 sit ups every morning and night befor i go to bed. ima be eating about 700 to 1000 calories i know thats not much. but will doing la this help me lose 25 pounds by than an get a six pack?

you shouldn’t be losing weight. you weigh what you should at 5′8” with room to spare. if muscle is your concern just lift everyday and do crunches for abs. if you want a medicine there are muscle enhancers and this belt called the contour that builds a six pack without having to do anything, i love it.
Matthew, first i’m wondering why you feel you need to lose that much weight so fast? but whatever the reason, it sounds like you want a really quick fix which is usually a bad idea. you will be consuming too few calories to be able to keep up with all that working out. your body will go into starvation mode and will be unable to properly burn off fat. you will end up just EXHAUSTED and having lost little or no weight. i’d say shoot for losing 15 lbs instead, by consuming no less than 1200 calories a day. the difference between 15 lbs and 25 lbs isn’t enough to make u work yourself sick.
