Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:


I weigh around 175, and I’m 5′3.

Also, what do you suggest I do as far as exercise..I plan on doing mostly cardio, and what kinds of stuff should I eat?

Don’t plan, start jogging.Do it as much and as hard your body allows. Don’t have to eat any thing special.No drugs. Lots of fruits and vegetables.By the end of the year you would be in a better shape.

A rule of thumb I use is to cut out anything white from my diet, except cauliflower. That includes white bread, pasta, potatoes, dairy,etc. Stick to lean meats like chicken and turkey, and fish. Drink heaps of water and cut out alcohol, or if you want stick to vodka, wine and champagne, but mix the wine with soda water to give you more volume with less calories.

For exercises, I would suggest fast walking whilst swinging your arms, or slow steady jogging. Also try to do some weights and some swimming. A good calorie burner is cycling, if you do it hard and fast you can burn as much as 1000-2800 calories in a session.

avoid foods with too much sugar in it. this includes cookies, ice cream and desserts in general. reduce the amount of food eaten per meal. try drinking water before eating to make you get the feeling of being full and savor the food that you eat. running or any other form of cardio is sure to cause weight loss.

I am 176, 5′6. Even I want to lose 25 pounds by end of this year.
