you most certainly could
i have been on a diet similar to yours myself, after i decided i’d had enough of being 154 pounds and 5ft 4.
i eat 1200 cals a day and walk for an hour a day at 3 m.p.h
i am now 145 pounds, and it has taken just a few short weeks and i can’t wait to be slimmer

Yes you can but not healthy to do it so. you will get reverse reaction.ie after u achieve u r goal.u will be happy and consume more cals than u r prev intakes. So 98 % chances to gain bk all the lbs u lost.I know this suxz but thats the truth i lost 30 in 2 months with lower cal and chinese gree tea and grapefruit.Plus my daily work outs were dancing( sub as cardio) and x-trainer was(my best fren ) cuz loose more cals in mins.So i was working out 45 mins 6 days. the green tea and grape fruit did the rest of the job.
i was amazed with my achivement. But the happiness didn’t last bc i gained all bk trust me u wont notice u are gaining. This may be disappointing but i didn’t want u to go through the same thing and make the same mistake i made.
for loosing 25 lbs in healthy way u need more time than that .If its emerg then carry on with that if not then pls do give u r self more time

Note: you are 18 so its totally will mess up u r system. You need all the nutrients for bone growth etc. check required amt of cals u need to intake daily ,the below link ie cal lab will help u to eat healthy and loose healthy use that as resource and pls and pls do give more time
