I had too many pounds in all the wrong places until I used acai berry, I understand they say that pills don’t work, but they sure worked for me, and they’ve been featured on CNN too. There’s a free trial on right now at , try it, why not?

Herbs & suppliments etc. The point is to get all the nutrients without excess fat.

Hey there,
Sounds like you’re pretty desperate to lose the weight but I **** to tell you- your body cannot sustain running 2 hours a day for 30 days. Especially if you have not worked up to that time. Increasing the time you run by that much will most certainly leave you injured sooner than later. You need to give your body a break at the very least once a week. Your body cannot recover if you are continuously pounding it like that.
Also- losing 25 lbs in one month is not very healthy. You can certainly tone up in one month, but if I were you I wouldn’t look at the weight number as much as how you feel and how your toning up. A really great full body work out to try though is swimming laps free style. I swim several times a week and noticed results in the first month of my training. Swimming also helps tone your arms way more than running, although running would help you burn enough fat to tone up a bit in your arms also. Running is a great exercise don’t get me wrong, but if you do it for 2 hours for one month straight your body will not forgive you! Trust me! I ran a half marathon without properly training and seriously hurt myself.
A great option for you would be to do any type of cardio 4-5 times a week for about 30-45 minutes, plus a bit of light weight training. As well as working out though you need to change your diet. Cut out sugar (artificial sugar too), dairy and flour and you will notice a huge difference. It is very important though that you do not starve yourself while trying to lose weight. I guarantee that you will not lose 25 lbs by starving yourself and you will not be able to work out with no ‘fuel’ in your body. PLUS you will get really sick, constipated, heartburn, bad breath and a never ending hunger that you cannot ignore.
I wish you all the luck in your weight loss endeavors though :)
