You don’t need to lose 1 single ounce. Your perfect just the way you are
i think you look great tbh!
xo
if you really want to lose weight
i think that 25lbs is too much
HOWEVER, dont set yourself a target, just lose weight until your happy with your body but keep it safe
What is wrong with you how you are? Obviosuly your perfect the way you are. You aren’t fat. My recommendation is just keep exercising and eat regular. You know three to six meals a day and the recommended 1,500 calories. You need to eat.
you look good lass you don’t need to lose any weight if you lost more then people will think u are well to skiny to be honest most lads proberly want to go out with you cos of your body so don’t worry
it is okay to want to lose a little weight but don’t go over board. and don’t put yourself in so much danger such as anorexia. It is okay to lose weight and here are some tips.
*join a local gym and get a trainer.
*Eat healthy and try to cut back on sweets
*Take your weight and multiply it by 10 this would be your calorie
balance for the day.
Also make sure you never feel insecure about yourself. If you say you have big ******* it is ok. Don’t **** yourself love yourself for who you really are. Stand in front of a mirror and say to yourself, ” I am beautiful!”
You don’t need to loose weight, but honestly you should go see a psychologist and talk about these issues. There is nothing wrong with that at all. Usually local universities will provide the service for free.
You don’t need to lose any weight. Your perfectly normal but if you would feel more comfortable 25 pounds is way too much. Don’t set yourself a target just lose enough to make you feel comfortable at your weight. xo
im being so honest right now, you really don’t need to loose any weight! but if you don’t like your body, you need to eat because your body needs proteins so it will be able to exercise and work to get rid of weight. also, you could work for muscles and a six-pack. if you realllllly don’t like your body, don’t loose 25 pounds thats completely unhealthy, maybe 2 or 3 would be better. remember muscle is better than bone, it even looks better! and please don’t think bad thoughts about yourself and your body because really they’re just made up!
25 pounds is *way* too much. I’m concerned that you may be developing an eating disorder. You are not fat at all. I think you are very beautiful. (No creepy pedo thoughts. I’m a straight female, and a mother.) Seriously, you are very pretty and you need to feel good about yourself and enjoy it.
If you insist on losing weight, please do it the healthy way. Eat healthy foods, follow serving sizes, drink plenty of water, and exercise. There is no secret. Some people gain more or less weight than others, but the important thing is to be healthy.
If your bones start sticking out, you are too skinny. I can’t understand how so many young girls strive to look like a skeleton with skin stretched over it. It’s gross, and many men will agree with that. Thin is nice, but you need to look *alive* too. Please do not base your opinion of yourself on those walking corpses.
I can guarantee you that people aren’t thinking you’re fat if they stare at you on the beach. They are probably shocked to see how big your ***** are compared to how small and young you look. Sometimes when we are insecure about our own bodies, we feel that people are staring at us and judging us when they’re not. If you can start appreciating all of the good aspects of how you look and becoming more confident, I promise that you won’t feel as if people are looking down on you. No amount of weight loss will make you feel as happy as learning to love yourself. That is a fact.
I hope you find a way to be more happy in yourself.
At 16and a half, you’re not quite done growing. If you work out and walk, your fat can be converted to muscle, which is actually heavier, but you can have more definition. 25 lbs is too much loss, it could cause anorexia, 10 would be more realistic. It might be hard at first to cut out breads and pasta(starches/carbs), but that is one of the eastiest ways to start losing. Cut fats to a minimum, but not completely cause you still need a little for good brain function. The more friuts and veggies you add the better, for fiber that helps move excess out of the colon. Minimizing sugar, like soda will really help, so add extra water with an add-in like Propel crystals is better. Certain veggies like celery have minimal calories, lots of fiber. Bananas are a better snack with more energy conversion, and fiber. You can be your best advocate or your worst enemy. We are always hardest on ourselves and how we look. The inside is just as important, so maybe a dietary counselor could help create a plan that will be workable for you. Don’t give up. I support you in wanting to change, just be aware that size is not as important as health. Be good to yourself and good luck.
