also, i’ve heard of some crazy diets like the lemonade diet or like drinking apple cider vinegar. do these actually work? if so, more details would be appreciated.

That should work
- dont give in!
The “crazy” diets are fad diets, and they work while your on them, but all you loose is water weight.
When you start eating again you gain it all back & sometimes more.
Best wishes x
Go on you tube and type in 8 miunite abbs and 8 minuite legs and 8 min. buns it helps you loose whiet and each exersise takes 30 sec but you 16 dif exersizes it helped me loose 5 pounds in 2 weeks if you do it every day
keep up what your doing. It will work!!!!
First of all, 800-900 calories isn’t enough for a normal person. Unless you’re a celebrity or rich girl who has an assistant to catch you when you faint, then you need to consume at least 1,000 to 1,100 calories per day.
That said, if you want to lose a significant amount of weight, you need to do about 30-45 mins of cardio and also do some weight-lifting. Make sure you drink plenty of water, and if you don’t have high blood pressure, then drink at least one cup of coffee per day (caffeine is a natural diuretic, which helps expel water weight). Also, get plenty of sleep and get plenty of fiber. Nothing chases away weight like a good dump… I mean expelling of the bowels.
Finally, you have to love yourself the way you are if you want to have any hope of losing one single pound and inch. If you don’t love yourself right now, then you won’t love yourself if you lose the weight.
For me, the important thing is.. you must stop consumption of high-fructose corn syrup. It will make you die…
going sub 1000 calories per day is not suggested. I suggest you still eat 1200 calories (and that’s pretty minimum). If you can keep that up, you don’t need a “lemonade diet,” in 30 days you can lose up to 10 pounds (if you keep up your work out structure and work hard during those 30 minutes/30 minutes every other day)!
The diet you listed is perfect. Don’t try anything like the “apple cider vinegar diet”? that just won’t work, sorry. But yeah follow the diet above that you listed (but maybe bump up the calorie intake to 1000) and you should lose 1/2-1 pound a week, depending on how tall you are. good luck!!!
NO WAY! u should NEVER eat less than 1200 cals a day, bcuz if u do, ur sending ur body into starvation mode. this means that ur gonna hold on to all ur fats and carbs, and lose muscle and water weight instead. drinking vinegar has been shown to induce fullness, but dont just survive on that or anything. u need to make an appointment with ur nutritionist or doctor, talk to them about what u should be eating. stop exercising when ur bodys had enough, and btw, if u eat like that, ur going to gain all the weight back when u start eating normal, and it will take u a long time to get ur metabolism back up to its starting point. CALL UR DOCTOR!
maybe you should also try Aloevera Gel (Juice) or Amla
While FAST weight loss methods gets a bad rap, I actually prefer that approach - it is psychologically much better to see results fast.
But USUALLY fast weight loss it comes with its own drawbacks, loss of muscle tissue, which ends up ruining your metabolism. STILL, *smart* dieting (and the right exercise) can prevent that. The aim is to preserve muscle at all costs.
Grab my free ebook on how to lose fat very fast without ruining your metabolism at: It details a scientifically-sound diet, but it is quite extreme.
It is still much less extreme than just haphazardly starving yourself though, and there are 2 days a week where you re-vitalize your metabolism (and your mind).
Good Luck.
