you need to do as much cardio as possible I have learned. also eat atleast 1200 cal per day. also do a low cal diet is good that is what I am on its been working for me also I do lots of cardio 5-6 days a week.
no, no, no. Situps will help, but deffinitly not 100. 1,000 calories isn’t a healthy amount per day, but if you want to lose 25 pounds then you wouldn’t even intake that many. I would be careful in this situation… we are pretty much in the middle of this month already. A healthy diet plan would be about 1,200 calories a day and a healthy work out plan. Be careful because if you actually lose that much weight, you could put the weight back on in nothing flat. Not only that you will probably put on access weight. I hope this helps you. You could probably lose a healthy 5 pounds by the end of this month that you wont gain back.
PORTION CONTROL! Just eat less of what u normally do! I ate less and drank no regular soda,juices, little milk and ONLY drank diet soda and water and WITHOUT working out in 2months I lost 23lbs. Just portion control!
