the best thing is to not get fat in the first place..
start eating fruit and vegetables..
umm..drink green tea after everything u eat. it burns calories..
dont eat after 6:00 pm.
ive lost 15 pounds in a week wich is a lot for me cuz i now weigh 100 pounds. losing weigh is not easy..thats why id rather eat a little everyday and try not to get fat. rather than after i stuffed myself then starve..
try walking and jogging a lot! i would say jog 2 miles a day a few days a week. i sounds like a lot but it’ll really help. make sure you stretch before and after you jog and dont sit down until after you cool or your muscles will hurt.
“google hasnt really helped me” and now you’ve turned to Yahoo. Get off the computer and get off your ***. Then the weight will go.
When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
Oh my gosh girl, I was in the same boat as you a month and 3 weeks ago. I was always really thin until I became depressed and ate to make myself feel better. I’ve been following a low calorie plan and exercise 6 days a week. I recently switched to eating all non processed foods. Lemme tell ya, I feel amazing. My skin feels softer, I’m more toned, I’m just all around healthier. These are my tips:
- Get enough sleep.
- Find out your maintain weight calories and subtract from that number 500… for you it’d be 1449 calories a day.
-Work out 3 to 4 times a week, then progress when you get stronger and in better shape.
- Drink plenty of water! You should be drinking 86.5 oz of water a day. Thats about 6 water bottles. And with every 30 min you work out drink a full bottle of water. It seems intimidating to drink that much but it really isn’t.
Thats about it! I’ve lost about 14.6 pounds so far and am hoping to loose another 10.4 pounds to get to goal before school starts. Just remember that this isn’t gunna happen super fast. It may take awhile but just knowing that I’m gunna get to goal someday, is all I need to stay motivated.
