I’m trying to get fit by the time my graduation dance comes by, i’m going into high school. I’m 4′10″ 125 lbs. and I really want to do this and be fit for the first time since 5th grade

walk walk walk, eat baked or grilled chicken or fish, steamed vegetables, fruit, yogurt and I took vitamin B150 for energy and metabolism and stay away from those so called DIET PILLS they don’t work form most people… and those prepackaged “diet meals” like they in the freezer section are a joke! check out the the back of them they may be low in fat but high in carbs or vice verse….. I kept my fat intake at about 10g to 15g per meal….. one chicken ****** only has about 6g of fat and the parkey spray butter has none and it doesn’t have a nasty taste like the others….. oh yea and no pop… good luck =)
