i lost like 5-10 pounds from this diet
eat what ever you want but just don’t over eat and drink lots of water.
and after that don’t eat anything after 6pm and just drink plently of fluids.
DONT EAT ANY SUGAR!

If you do the mayo clinic diet, ya know? the egg and grapefruit diet, you will lose 20 lbs in 2 weeks.. I know this because I have done it several times in my life. it really works.. but the problem is that .. if you do not change your eating habits, .. it comes right back.. remember I did say I have done it several times. You really do lose 20 lbs in two weeks.. but. ya gain it back within 3 months if ya don’t change your eating habits

eat normal, drink lots of water, do 1 hr exercises per day( like jogging, sit up, jump rope, dance, etc) and sleep well .

At 5′7″ and 131.5 lbs, you don’t need to lose 20-25 lbs. 10 lbs AT THE MOST. I am 5′8″ and at look best at 132lbs. I decided to lose weight and dropped down to 115. People kept telling me I looked anorexic.Thank goodness I listened to them, seeing the pics now, I did.

Start now. You’re gonna have to start exercising (Start slow and build up).

Work it out so your doing interval cardio at least 2x per week and you’re lifting weights/muscle building 2-3x per week.

Learn to eat clean and eat every 2 hrs.

Drink tons of water (you’ll need to be drinking 65floz each day).

Sleep a full 8 hrs each night.

There are plenty of books out there, the Zone Diet is the best of the mainstream diets for teaching you how to eat. The best permanent weightloss and nutrition book I’ve ever read is an ebook called “Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle”. Download it and you will understand exactly what you have to do.

20 - 25 of the right lbs is alot, that’s about 2lbs per week, which is doable, but you have got to be dedicated to it and it almost has to be an obsession. The good news is that if you do it right the first time, it’s much more permanent and the chances of you gaining it back or gaining more back are low (and if you do, it takes a long time).
