Is there some type of food any of you people just eat or any routine of exercises you do? b.c. everytime I do a diet or start exercising a week later something always messes it up so I end up starting like five diets in 1 Month. Please help!

exercise and eat less don’t eat junk food no sodas no chips no chocolates or greasy fried and fast foods.
I only know of a site which gives you a diet that allows you to lose 10 pound in a month ..

You can’t.
It is unhealthy to lose 25 in one month you would have to pretty much lose a pound a day or so….Steady and slow is a better way to not gain the weight back.

I am on the Weight Watchers “diet” but I am not a member or don’t go to the meetings. I just bought the books and the calculator and I count the points I take in and exercise 5 times a week. I am not restricted in what types of food I can eat- I just count the points. It has been easier than I expected. I had tried NutriSystem, but failed because I got tired of the prepackaged foods.
Do Yoga in the morning from 6am to 8am daily for 2hrs. You will see the changes on 4th day onwards. In addition to it you can go for fasting in week days.
