You need a dieting plan which focuses on faster weight loss, this is exactly what you need. It’s an Accelerated Fat Burning Program
Its not really about cutting back on eating its about what you eat and how big the portions are. You can eat like 5 small meals a day just make sure its healthy and you exercise regularly. For instance something healthy for breakfast, then a mid morning snack of like fruit or fat free yogurt or something, lunch, a mid afternoon snack, dinner, & an evening snack. Just make sure that its healthy food & keep up your exercise regimen!
good luck!
If it was easy no one would be over weight. Just cut back on what you eat and keep up the walking. If you don’t lose you need to cut back a little more and walk more too. It’s all a frame of mind and a change that is a life change and not a diet.
When you’re hungry, drink water and chew gum. They fulfil cravings and boost your metabolism.
iv’e lost 15 pounds so far. try jogging instead of walking. i read that walking can actually make it harder if not done a certain way. i dont know how true that is but it was on aol news haha. plan what you can eat before the day begins and plan out when you eat it. drink water if you feel hungry. dont eat if you are not hungry. before you reach for something think do i want it. do i need it. can i live without it.
Eat only when you are hungry. Be sure to drink a glass of water first to determine if you really are hungry or if you are really thirsty. Many people have the tendency to eat when they see food. It doesn’t mean they are hungry; they just want to eat it. Don’t eat anything you’re offered unless you really are hungry. If you feel you must eat it out of being polite, just nibble, don’t have a meal.

I’m afraid you can’t get rid of the acai spam, they’re bots, they don’t read the posts…
I’m not dieting, but one thing I do could be of use: is there any fast food you love? A place that can be found anywhere, like Kentucky’s, though preferably less greasy… How far can you walk? Pick one near your distance limit, and whenever you want a special treat, walk there. Not only it’ll burn most of the calories from the extra meal, but it’ll also make it easier not to snack in the meantime: you’re not trying not to eat, you’re saving yourself for tomorrow afternoon’s fiest! Psychologically easier to tolerate hunger if you know reward is coming. And you can’t stuff yourself too much, since you have to walk back home.
Edit: I’m suggesting that because a person who loves to eat would have lots of trouble to follow a diet that doesn’t allow taking pleasure in eating. Better finding a compromise that can work right from the start than go radical and start cheating after a week.
