I’m significantly overweight. I’ve gained quite a bit of weight in the past three years. i’m currently 145 and my height is 5″3. This is obviously unhealthy. I’m starting highschool this year and i really want to lose about 25-30 pounds in the next eleven weeks. I’ve been working out for the past week about 30-45 minutes every morning plus i’ve adjusted my diet….will this help me lose 25-30 pounds in the next 11 weeks????? HOW CAN I if it doesn’t???

jogging works for me and my friends. you should do it everyday with a minimum of 1 hour. plus control your diet. don’t eat high caloric food or high carbo food. if you’re hungry just drink a lot of water. It will suffice. just eat 3 meals everyday. but slow down intake at night. Don’t eat two hours before sleeping. studies also show that if you sleep well, your brain will not tell you that you’re hungry. kkk good luck!!

you should try at the same time: eating, exercise.

replace fat food by fiber (at least 35 gr per day): Fiber is very good for a healthy cardiovascular system. It helps to maintain healthy cholesterol levels. Since fiber slows down the conversion of carbohydrate into sugar, it promotes a stable blood sugar in the body. This helps us feel full for longer periods and thus becomes helpful in reducing weight.

do more exercise: swimming, jogging….

they are free ways and the healthiest ways to lose weight, never try any diet pills.

Hey you can do it and you know why cause I have I was around what you are 5′3 and about 143 when I started in march and now I can say I went from 143 to 121 pounds in three months I know thats only 22 pounds but the difference is incredible. What I did was cut out all fast food and fried foods which I personally ate alot of. Also which was the hardest part for me was for my old weight and height 5′3 143 to loss weight you really need to cut your caloies to 1200 a day I did that I went to the gym between 5-7 days a week and I lost 22 pounds. So trust me you can do it if you really put your mind to it.
