Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:
I’m feeling very fat and I kinda want to lose weight to feel good about my body again. I don’t like exercise too much (warning!) and I just want something that will finally work! I have 6 weeks! I want to take it off, and keep it off and be perfect for back-to-school!

I lost 21 pounds in 2 months by eating 1/4th of the rice i was eating. Try that. And exercise, eat a big HEALTHY breakfast and dont go to sleep hungry. : )
So, are you saying you don’t want to exercise?
If that is the case, then it will be a lot harder to lose 25 lbs in six week, unless you go on a low carb diet.
Google “low carb” but stay away from Atkins as it’s very high in fat.
Basically you will want to keep your net carbs (total carbs minus fiber) to 20-25 grams a day. no cheating.
It takes a lot of willpower and determination but if you really want to lose weight fast, I recommend it as the only way. Keep in mind, you will be losing mostly water, some fat and maybe even some muscle. Just know what you are getting yourself into before you start.
Good luck!
Green Tea & Water — DRINK UP!
Watch what you eat.. go for baked, grilled, boiled rather than fried.
& exercise is a must.. at least a few crunches a day &/or running/jogging won’t hurt.
First thing. Be realistic.
To lose 1 lb in weight means you need to either eat 3500 less calories a week or to burn 3500 calories.
If you have 6 weeks then i would suggest 2 approaches.
1. Aim to lose 3500 calories from your diet and look to lose 1lb a week.
2. Aim to lose 3500 calories from your diet and exercise and look to lose 2lb a week.
Anything more than that can be dangerous or have other effects from losing too much weight too quickly, but you could lose 6-12lb before you go back to school, which is a noticeable amount.
It’s not healthy to lose 25-35lbs in 6 weeks - that would be 4-6lbs a week! I think 12lbs is a healthier goal.
Good Luck!
lose 2 pounds a week, sensible diet, no junk food, smaller portions and walk 2 to 4 miles every day. it will melt off.
Do not starve your self(it never works, although that’s the first thought that crosses anyone’s mind when thinking to lose weight)Decide on how much weight you want to lose. Keep your goals realistic.Have a mindset that you want to eat healthy to stay healthy for the rest of your life.Go slow. If you have already lost 5 or 6 pounds, give yourself a break then try to lose the next 5 pounds.
Here’s some other quick tips for you:
* Make a delicious low fat mayonnaise by combining one teaspoon of Dijon mustard or satay sauce with a low fat yogurt.
* Add alfalfa or mung beans to salad to get extra iron.
* Buy non-toasted muesli instead of the toasted ones. A plate of toasted muesli contains more fat than a plate of bacon and eggs.
* Look for a weight loss “buddy,” club, or support mates. This will motivate you to stay and enjoy your weight loss program.
* Substitute baking soda, baking powder, MSG and soya sauce in cooking.
If you have started losing weight, just remember it’s a question of will. Keep doing what your’re doing, stay away from junk food and sodas, and you will feel more healthier and alive than never before.
