i’m 13 and 145 pounds. i go back to school in september.
i can’t go to a gym or the Y because both my parents work all day long.
i have a treadmill in my house. please help.
also i don’t want to use any pills or anything like that. i want to do this the old fashion way, but nothing that will help me lose weight that isn’t healthy.

safely? no, and i could almost guarantee that you don’t need to lose that much weight if any.
30 minutes a day 4 days a week at a moderate pace is the safest way. 1200-1500 calories a day.
don’t do that, you will regret it. lose it slowly over a long period of time by eating more greens and doing a half hour workout a day, you won’t go back to school looking great but you will look great in the end
