X-lax and a sauna
Your not over weight at 120. Im your height and i weight 140 right now. I did weigh 170 and I went to my doctor and i got prescribed adapex, that was 5 months ago, so i lost 30 pounds in 5 months on that pill, its cheating but if you take it and exercise you will loose A lot of weight. Good Luck!

I am anorexic. It started out with losing a few pounds. Now Im 80 pounds and I look like a little girl.
Weight Watchers
So first of all, it looks like you’ve got a realistic goal. Eat lots of fruits and veggies, watch calorie intake, exercise (at least 30 minuets everyday). Make sure you have some protein at every meal, because proteins will help repair muscle tissue as you exercise.
For exercises, you could start off by walking everyday, if your schedule allows, or jog. Or you could go to the gym, and do a cardiovascular workout, and some crunches.

This is all from personal experience
-eat breakfast - have it be your biggest meal, but still low in fat
-eat only fruits and veggies as snacks, maybe portioned cheese and low fat crackers
-don’t eat ANYTHING in between lunch and dinner
-BARELY eat ANYTHING for dinner - have this be your smallest meal
-don’t eat ANYTHING after dinner
-drink LOTS of water
-instead of milk all the time if you drink it, eat YOGHOURT
Exercising:
-start easy, graduate to maximum
-workout every other day for the first while, doing easy things such as dancing with weights
-if you have a treadmill or run, add a minute or two longer to your schedule each week.
