Ok ill try..

Eats these foods
broccoli
grilled chicken and baked turkey(never fried)
Lentils
Low fat yogurt and cheeses
high protein bars with low sugar
canned soup such as progressive 60 calorie per serving
green beans
bran buds(or any other cereal with bran and low sugar)
apples and carrots
salad

Choose foods with high fiber and high protein because they will help you to stay fuller longer and also speed up your metabolism
green tea also speeds up the metabolism

drink 8 glasses of water a day

also try and fit in 1 hour of exercise a day whether it be running, elliptical, or speed walking, basically any form of cardio combined with a little resistance training

never eat past 7:00 at night or eat carbs later in the day because the food lays on your stomach at night an is stored as fat

Well, I really don’t think that you need to. but here goes.
Stay away from junk foods - chips, candy, soda. Eat fruits & vegatables - nurtuious foods. Drink lots of water when you exercise - walk - play.
Get out doors and walk/exercise a little bit of short running sprints - track exercise / walk around the block 2-3 times a day. Watch your intake of food and what your eating during the day. Keep a list of what you eat and how much you drink during the days. Don’t go without eating breakfast as you’ll need the engery. Hang out clothes (if you don’t use the dryer)for your mom. Chores, you wouldn’t beleive how many calories one burn off while doing chores around the house. Mow the lawn with a push mower not the riding one (this is walking exercise). Don’t weigh yourself on a daily bases maybe once a week. During the time frame your trying to lose weight, remember the “ladies curse” our monthlys. We ladies tend to gain / retain water weight during this time frame. Don’t worry, your body is adjusting to the new routine of you working out to lose weight.
