Eliminate fast food and “empty carbs”, which are foods and drinks made out of sugar and refined flour like white bread/ rolls, cake, cookies, soda pop, gatorade, french fries, noodles, and sugary kids cereal. Eat complex carbs with lots of fiber (whole wheat bread/pasta/cereal); also eat lots of fruit and veggies and salads. Also, drink lots of water every day.
The other part is to get a minimum of 1/2 hour per day of exercise like walking, running, riding your bike, playing sports, swimming.
Do these things and you will lose the weight. By the way, your body mass index is 21, so you are definitely not overweight. You may just need to tone up a bit by getting more exercise.
