cut down on your meal size
you’re giving us the solution… you over eat a lot… learn early on in life there is no quick fix… discipline yourself and don’t get fatter! Eat like a normal person… excersize and stay in shape…
you could diet and exerciess. try to get about atleast 1hour of fittness per day
The others are offering good advice. I just want to add that I applaud your concern and your effort at this stage.
Learn to battle temptation and know when to stop eating.
Only and ONLY when your motivated enough to actually change your life style will you be able to lose weight and keep it off.
Stop drinking so much darn coke, stop with all the burgers, all that grease and candy.
