im looking to lose that much weight in about 3 or 4 months

Actually, you don’t need to “diet” in fact to lose weight, I learned this at the site in the box below, they have loads of tips and tricks, I melted away 9 pounds by doing as they advised.

If you are serious about getting off those pounds I’ve found that the South Beach diet really helps me, I learned a few recipes which were really delicous ( chicken mole was the best!) But just follow the basic idea of lean protein lot’s of fresh veggies and low fat cheese/cottage cheese. You can actually eat quite a bit during the day just NO bread, desserts, cereal (carbs) This along with some extra fiber and some cardio you’ve LOve the new look!

do lots of cardio. in other words running lol. this works and helps alot. you could easily achieve your goal if you do this 3 to 5 times a week. try lifting light weights also, this will not only get you nice and slim, but will also give you a nicely shaped physique. not saying youve not already got 1 lol

umm just follow the food pyramid. go to mypyramid.gov for ideas, meal planners, etc.

a few additional tips:

don’t skip meals, this causes you to overeat at the next one.

eat colorful foods. if your plate is white and beige, you’re not getting enough nutrients. add color with fruits and veggies, whole grain breads, etc.

drink water, or other low cal beverages. sometimes hunger pains really mean that you are dehydrated. have something to drink, wait 10 minutes, and see if you are still hungry.

for exercises, find one you like. there’s a lot more than going to the gym and running. take a pilates class. join a rec basketball league. whatever. be sure to get a mix of strength training and cardio. try to work out 3 days a week.
