Stop eating pizza and fast food.
Stop drinking sodas
Avoid sweets and greasy snack foods
Drink lots of water
Eat more fruit / vegetables
Eat everything in smaller portions
Do lots of cardio such as jogging and jumping rope!

That’s not safe if you have never really excercised like a college athlete before. You want to get your metabolism working overtime….running, swimming, long aerobic periods are what you need. Don’t expect 12 pounds a month if you don’t make some serious effort….watch the muscle tears and stress fractures if you run…..I have lost 35 pounds in three months by just running.
