i need to lose 25 pounds in 2 months. what is the quickest diet i can use?(i dont really want any sarcastic answers like “not eating” or “crystal meth”)

Stop eating pizza and fast food.
Stop drinking sodas
Avoid sweets and greasy snack foods
Drink lots of water
Eat more fruit / vegetables
Eat everything in smaller portions
Do lots of cardio such as jogging and jumping rope!

That’s not safe if you have never really excercised like a college athlete before. You want to get your metabolism working overtime….running, swimming, long aerobic periods are what you need. Don’t expect 12 pounds a month if you don’t make some serious effort….watch the muscle tears and stress fractures if you run…..I have lost 35 pounds in three months by just running.
