Well I am 15 about 4′11 and I weigh 110 pounds. I have big thighs and big legs. And I have some fat on my stomach. I **** the way I look. And so I want to lose 20-25 pounds before school starts. Can someone help me and if there is anything good out there that I can get to help me lose the weight fast?

I have found that Weight watchers works well. I have lost 32 lbs. since around May 1rst
If you are 4′11 and 110 pounds, you aren’t going to drop 25 pounds just like that. If you want to lose weight however, you should eat healthier. Start by not drinking soda. In fact, don’t drink ANYTHING but water. Run for 30 minutes a day, 4-5 days a week. Don’t eat any fast food, increase your protein intake, decrease your sugar/salt intake as well. If you are really committed to the idea of losing the weight, it’ll be easy to do all of this
