btw - i am 5′8″ and 165 pounds…and yes my stomach does stick out…

eat right, dont eat junk, exercise.. like walk around a few times. maybe run a mile every other day.
I had a load of extra pounds in all the wrong areas until I checked out acai berry, I know they say that pills won’t work, but they definitely worked for me, and they have been showcased on CNN too. Jog/Run join a sport , get atleast 5 hours of exercise a week, eat right no junk food
don’t eat for 5 weeks , just drink water

Stop all sugar, and foods that do not contain saturated fats and sodium. Eat fruit, chicken and fish. Walk everyday briskly and do cardio and light weight training. you will lose close to if not 25 pounds.
DON’T LISTEN TO THE ACAI & TEA PROMOTORS!
Instead, eat right.
Try going on a no carb diet. (ie no breads, pastas, etc.)
Eat lots of raw green vegetables (salads, celery, broccoli)
And eat meats like chicken
Maybe your stomach aint really fat, but its just round. If thats the case, just do the stomach vacuum! (Sucking in your stomach for the whole day, but gradually building up to that point). First day, hold it for 1 min, next, 2 mins. Next, 5. Then build it up! Your muscles in your stomach will be strong enough to **** in your gut! Without you even being concious about it!

perfectly possible with eating right and exercise - you should try not to lose more than 4 pound a week though as this may mean you are losing muscle and that will lead to more problems.. alternatively go to a casino and lose alot more than 25 pounds
There are a few things you should do to lose the weight.
1. Run a lot. Running is one of the most effective exercises you can do to burn excess calories, carbs, and fat. Make sure you constantly try to push yourself to run further so that you will burn even more calories and gain some endurance too. Run about 2-3 times a week giving yourself at least a day to rest your sore muscles.
2. Eat lots of fiber. Research shows that each human beings has at least 3-5 pounds of undigested food material in their intestines. Therefore, make sure to constantly eat high fiber foods like apricots, grapes, prunes, and cereal to cleanse your intestines of this excess weight. Although it might only be a few pounds you HAVE to remember that every little bit helps.
3. If you are right handed, put the fork in your left hand when you eat, or the other way around if you are left handed. When you use your fork with your other hand, you are more uncoordinated and it takes you longer to eat your food. The additional effort it takes to use your other hand will help to burn extra calories and the additional time it takes for you to eat your food will help you eat more slowly so that your body has more time to digest the food and will not store it as fat.
4. Make sure to eat 6-8 small to medium size meals a day. It is VERY important that you also eat breakfast. Eating breakfast helps to jumpstart your metabolism so foods are digested faster and your body stores less of it as fat. Eating several small to medium size meals during the day keeps your metabolism at a steady level so it can effecitvely digest your food without storing a lot of it as fat. Also, DO NOT eat before going to bed or at any time during the evening. Research shows that a person’s metabolism slows down at night and is at its slowest while we sleep. If you eat at night or before bed, your metabolism is slower so it will not digest the food as efficiently as it does during the day.
It is important that you do all of these things TOGETHER. Do not just do one or two. It is important that you do all of these things at once to maximize the amount of weight you could lose. Hope this helps!
