I am 14 year old, and overweight.
I am 5′ 5” and 133 pounds.
My **** isn’t small, and my thighs aren’t thin like Runway models.

I’m sick of my mom saying that I’m fat. She’s the same height as me and weighs 5 pounds more than me, so I reckon I am pretty fat.

I don’t want to take any medication or starve myself; I don’t wanna get sick. My thighs are kind of flabby and my arms are too.

How to lose weight is asked (and answered) dozens of times a day here…but people keep asking, and the answer is the same:

Eat right
Exercise

It’s that simple. At your height, your ideal weight range is 116 - 138 (depending on your body frame size). So, if you have a large frame, you aren’t actually overweight at all. If you are small framed, then you are carrying a bit extra.

Get active and exercise and you’ll likely be fine and get toned and where you want to be.

You don’t sound fat to me!!! I’m sorry that your mom is being like that to you!! I had the same thing happen to me but i am learning to love myself for who I am and not for who other people want me to be. once i started loving myself i was happier. As far as your thighs I would start doing lunges and squats it will firm up your **** and shape up your leg it might build some muscle but muscle takes up less space than fat. I have been doing this for about 6 weeks and I am looking leaner. As far as the arms maybe if you get a resistance band and you start doing arm exercises with them. Also you can do dips. Where you put your hands on a bench behind you and dip down until your arms are paralell with the ground. it works the back of the arms. I hope this helps and keep staying positive don’t let anyone tell you how or who you should be. Just be who you are and love yourself!!!!

an effort to loose 25 pounds in such a short time is gonna be very unhealthy.. try this , it helped me..
