Start walking and/or running and biking, increasing the time and intensity as you adapt. Aim for 5-6 sessions a week of one hour each. As for your diet limit sugars and white flour and load up on veggies and fruit as well as whole grains.

first off that isn’t going to happen. you have a pork pie life style and you really can’t change that. you are who you are. just get a bigger bikini and have a nice summer

but are you really trying to lose pounds or are you trying to tone your muscles to make your legs less flabby?
if you are trying to lose weight then:
- minimize your diet
- stick to healthy fruits, veggies, chicken, and grains
- create a daily work out routine
- if you can, go to the gym
- try to jog on the treadmil or use the gazelle or something
if you want to tone your legs then do:
- squats
- wall sits
- lunges
- jog
- bike rides
for hips and love handles:
- sit ups with a twist of you hip at the top
- yoga ball excercises( you can buy a yoga ball and usually it will come with some excercise routine directions)
- crunches
- cardio workouts

u should prolly exercise every other day. go to the gym for an hour or 2 or walk for about an hour or 45 minutes a day. it seems pretty crazy but you will feel rlly good after exercisng. u could chnage it up every week too, so u dont get bored. like walk/run on one week, and go to the gym the nxt week. and make sure u eat healthy food. if u luv junk food, u can eat watevr u want once a week, like a free day. and if its not a free day, just subsitute snacks wit fruit. but plz, watevr u do, dont starve urself. i tried starving myself everyday durin lunch cuz i would b at school at tht time and my mom wouldnt noe. and sometimes i would tell my mom i wasnt hungry for dinner even tho i rlly was. now my stomach hurts badly if eat lunch and i hav to go to bed early so i dont feel hungry and eat dinner. i started cuz i was havin big problems and now i hav a bigger one. plz dont end up like me
Lean protein,whole grain. lots of water, no sugar.
Lay off the bread. And exercise.
