ok.im going to florida march 8th and i really need 2 fit into some of my clothes again.Im starting weight watchers next week so i need some good ways to lose weight with out having to go somewhere to work out.pleasee help out!!

~Eat 5 mini meals a day (not 3 big ones)
~Drink lots of water
~ Drop 5 fast by Jillian Michael’s’ -Mix all of this together and drink (60 oz of water, 1 Table spoon of sugar free cranberry juice, 1 dandelion rute tea bag, and 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice)
Work out plan…
~ at least 3 days of the week do of some kind of cardio for 60 min (walk, jog, run, swim, etc)
~ at least 2 days of the week use the free weights and weight machines (I meet with a personal trainer 2 times a week).
Although WW is definitely a good way to go, you’re starting a little late to lose 25 pounds by March 8. Losing weight too quickly can be bad for your health. Also, I know you mentioned that you didn’t want to, but working out will help you *immensely*. It will also help to tone you up so that the fat that you do still have will be firmer and less jiggly.
eat healthy and dont stuff yourself ,no soda just juices and water

If you want to lose weight without going somewhere to work out, you should consider getting some exercise equipment in your home, or running/jogging around the neighborhood, you are going to need to burn more calories than you are consuming. 3500 calories burned = 1 Lost Pound. You have 44 days to lose 25 pounds, in my opinion that is not a very realistic or safe goal to have. That would mean you would need to burn off 1986 calories per day MORE than you consume… it is not possible to do this in a safe way. A more realistic goal would be to try to cust out 500 calories a day which would lose you 6-7 pounds by the time of your trip. This is more realistic theres no safe way to lose 25 pounds through a diet without working out in 44 days…

I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy.
1) What is my goal? I want to lose __kg in __ time.
2) Why do I want to achieve this goal? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons)
3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years?
6) Then when do I want to take action?
Some solutions I can offer you for diet:
Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice
Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs
Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm. Soups are great dinners
If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class…
