yes you just need to believe.
Well, eating healthy and exercise is the only way to lose weight.
If you are looking for specifics:
Sports:
• Kickboxing
• Running
• Walking (I lost 15lbs in 5 weeks by walking 1 hour a day)
• Soccer, Volleyball, etc. Any sport that you are running back and forth alot!
Food:
Diets like nutrisystem, weightwatchers, jenny craig doesn’t work for the long run. I’ve had friends you have done ALL these diets, lost weight, then gained it back within a year.
Good to eat:
• Whole wheat bread, chicken, fish, eggs, no dairy, no sugar. Lots of fruits and veggies. Nuts and beans are good too.
You should eat something small every 2-3 hours.
