I want to lose the weight before school starts up again so that when i back to school shop i can buy the clothes and theyll look good on me HELP PLEASE

A good way to lose Weight is to NOT starve yourself. Eat about 6 to 8 smaller “meals” a day instead of the normal 3. What this does is it increases your metabolism so it is constantly going. With less food for your body to metabolize at a certain point, it is easier to “burn” the unnecessary calories that cause you to gain weight. BUT, you must exercise along with the 6-8 meals a day. This will allow you to build lean muscle while you shed unwanted inches and pounds.
Eat lean meats, watch your fat intake, carbs are not bad!, fruits and veggies (try a V8). My personal favorite is lean grilled chicken ****** atop steamed white rice.
Whatever you decide to do, keep exercising because that will keep your body nice and tuned-up.

for breakfast you eat plain oatmeal or a smoothie made with non-fat yogurt and fruits. for lunch and dinner eat salad and grilled chicken, fish,or any other good protein. but don’t eat to much of either of them. i tried this diet for one month and i lost about 15 pounds.

Dr. Rosedale’s Leptin diet works very good.

Dr. Young’s PH diet works very good.

Either will allow for the weight loss if you follow the instructions.

That’s tough.
Of course, all this stuff is obvious, but i’ll say it anyways..

1. Eat healthy foods. Vegetables and fruits. No ice cream!! =[ Not much desserts are good either…or popcorn. Don’t starve yourself…=/ or throw up…
2. Exercise. At least 5 times a week. Running around the block, going to the gym, etc.
3. Don’t buy diet sodas. Actually, don’t drink soda at all! It accumulates a lot and is really, terribly bad for you.

If you really want this weight loss, then you need to stick to the these 3 things. Good luck…I would die if I tried this if I were you cuz I have no ambition…haha.

Honestly you probably didn’t gain 25 lbs in 2 mths and therefore it’s not healthy to lose that quite so quick. Exercise is the best way to move the weight and it just makes you feel better anyway. I love RPM class and it helped me with weight loss. Good Luck

i agree with Graham about everything.

however, 25 pounds in 2 months isn’t very healthy. instead of just aiming for 25 pounds, try setting smaller goals for yourself. u want to start a healthy life style to keep the weight off, not drop it and gain it back. try aiming for 2-3 pounds a week (thats a lot!! even if it doesn’t seem like it). that will mean u won’t lose all the weight by the first week of school but by the end of the year u’ll look fantastic!!

don’t harm ur body by trying to hard, help ur body by keeping it in shape and healthy.

start with cardio workouts
crunches
drink water
and eat more fruits and veggies
cut down on sweets

It really depends; but here’s what I did:

I was 25, male (still male…),5′10”, and weighed about 225lbs. I needed to drop weight before I went to Basic Training for the Army.

I worked with someone who has been working out all of his life and he gave me this excellent advice:

If I wanted to drop to 180ish, I needed to consume 1800 calories per day (carbs *breads and cereals* in the morning and lunch, then protein *chicken and other lean meats* for dinner). All my calories should be consumed by 6:00 p.m. including soft drinks, tea, anything with calories. After 6, I could only drink water. And drink plenty of water I did to curb my midnight snacking.

im trying 2 lose a bit of weight too, so here is what i am doing:

exercise! walking around mall, walking dog, jogging, swimming are all fun
try to fit at least one form of exercise into your schedule each day
take the stairs instead of elevator, walk in place while watching TV

don’t starve yourself. eat grilled or baked foods instead of fried. eat smaller portions, u should leave the table a bit hungry. don’t eat while watching tv or computer, only at table, or you will tend to overeat. eat low-fat snacks: fruits, nonfat yogurt smoothie, multigrain crackers, chips and salsa
here’s my tip: brush ur teeth right after u eat a meal, then u wont be as tempted to eat more or snacks

1-Eat smaller meals
2-Exercise often
3-(I know it sounds gross but) **** every chance you get. GMC sells a vitamin called flax seed oil that is in no way a laxativ or diet pill. It just gives your body more daily nutritional value so more of the food you eat can be digested out. I take this everyday, and if i actually tried i could lose 10 pounds in 3 days. And please dont think im giving you bad info. This is not one of those unhealthy diet pills.
