You have to eat less calories than you need to lose.
Use this calculator to determine hat you need & eat 500 to a 1000 less. 1 pound fat = 3500 calories.
This calculator tells you what you burn per exercise.
It’s not something that happens overnght. You’ve got to stick with it. Find something you like to do. Dance, hike, tennis. Stay active & stay away from candy, soda & McDs.
What you do is….. you get a blowtorch and super heat a knife
then you cut of your fat and the heat burns it shut so you dont bleed!!!!
