Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:


I need to lose anywhere between 20-28 pounds by the end of summer i live in Ontario Canada Oakville and dont have any specific summer plans

Age: 14
Weight: 140 lbs
Gender: Male
Height: 5′3
Body Fat%:18.70
Body Fat lbs:26.18

I want to lose all that body fat in 2 months and i can run 12 mins non stop but after that i’m pretty exhausted, but upper body wise i can bench press 100 pounds easily and pull of 50 push ups in a min so its really cardio thats the thing, what can i do to lose all that fat by the end of summer

PS. I have a treadmill at home and i can run outside, i dont have dumbells or GYM membership. If you need any more info let me know thanks a lot.

dude eat healthy…no fast food. dont over do it on the diet though because if you think its a diet then your going to break it know what i mean. diets never work only eating healthy does. also cardio is great for losing weight as well as lifting weights. i recommend p90x it really is a tough program but worth it
