im 145 lbs, 5′2 tall.17 years old girl…i’ve been on a diet for 3 weeks…and haven’t lost more than 9 lbs…a strict diet….can u tell me how to lose those 25 lbs of fat….like really lose it….i dont mind exausting myself…plz im desperate about it…i hav to lose it….in any possible way…

9 pounds in 3 weeks is great! good job! just keep doing what your doing, as long as you’re eating healthy and exercising there’s nothing more you can do. Keep it up!
go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!
look up the pyramid workout online and it will describe to you how to lose weight fast by turning it into muscle. this way you lose weight and size and you will be fit and thin instead fo just thin. and ignore the assh0le that answered first. hes a dumbass. good luck sweetheart.
Eat much, much less at meals and DON’T eat snacks AT ALL… Drink all the water you can get (my mom lost a lot of weight drinking water, sha carried water bottles wherever she went.
For breakfast, you might want an Activia Yoghurt, since it speeds up your digestive system.
For lunch, a salad with a little cold chicken is always good, and healthy!
Dinner, get some protein. Meat, vegetables.
This diet doesn’t work at all, unless you really commit. No cheating!
The bad thing to do is to take diet pills. They will cause serious heart problems. Follow a diet regimen of eating more fruits and veggies, if you can. Trade in your white foods (like white rice, potatoes, and breads) for whole grain choices. Drinking plenty of water may help you. I have heard of the Water diet. It’s where you drink 64 oz of water a day, without changing your regular dieting regimen. I did this and I lost 10 lbs my first week. I also exercised too, and lowered my salt intake. I’ve heard of some people following this water diet and losing 15 lbs a month. Make sure you drink your water in a spaced out amount of time. Down drown yourself by drinking 30 oz in 5 min. 9 lbs in 3 weeks is absolutely great. More than that is not healthy and if you do a calculation 8 month is roughly 9 weeks 2.5 pounds every week is 22.5 more pounds lost. So just keep on going. Eat healthy, cut out processed foods and artificial stuff, eat lots of vegetables and built some muscles, they will make sure your metabolism stays active. Walking or swimming or aerobic will help you burn some more calories.
