please,im desperate..

i have a treadmill and thats it.

ive been going on it for 1 hour every morning and 1 hour every night,

if i keep this up can i lose weight?!

and yes this does include lots of water and eating healthy so i really dont need to hear that crap

but please tell me if im doing something wrong and anything else i should do

eating healthy means watching what im eating and eating lots of fruits and veggies.

umm work out each day and on weekands go ride your bike and run, you can do sports too

Easy, just workout a lot. Actually run instead of going on the treadmill. Eating healthy and drinking water is really good but try to limit the calorie count to less than 1,800. Do more ab exercises along with cardio exercises, they help, so does playing sports. –good luck–

hmm, tough one. i have a plan just like yours too keep me from gaining any weight. your eating healthy, exercising, just keep it up and you will see results.
it sounds like a reasonable goal, but i’m not a health expert.

The treadmill doesn’t really do much except build leg muscles and lose a couple of calories. I suggest you go on a diet and enroll in a gym. Yoga and pilates are also good and fun ways to lose weight.

If you want to seriously lose weight. wear a trashbag over a sweatshirt, then turn up the heater to 85 degrees, and then do your one hour of treadmill.

eating !!!!! you may run jog etc. but its all about wat you eat! i mean you can also exercise but eat smothies friut salad fing food dat good for you, i did dat and lost 30lbs in 2 mounths!

I dont know what finianciall situtuation you are in but im on a diet …people have reported me for mentioning the name of the diet although i DO NOT SELL it. I started up again and have been on for 2 months and have lost another 20 pounds. Im keeping on this time for the entire rest of the weight that i need to loose.
