I was not working for over 6 months and became very lazy. With that said, I also lost my good eating habits. I am looking to lose weight by my next birthday, 3 months away. My goal weight is to be 125 and I’m 5′3″. Please help! I run, workout, but I need a healthier diet. I am willing to do just about whatever it takes. I don’t believe in starving yourself, or the cabbage soup diets. I want an over-all healthy life style.

yes, I think you can do it! You need to eat almost only fruits and veggies and DRINK WATER!

just pull your ipod out and put a movie on it if you can, get on a stationary bike and ride for as long as you can each day, watching a movie makes you forget leg burn
try a sport, try and get addicted to it,
