Eat less, exercise more. Go out for sports at school.
Started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 119lbs
First of all, you never gained it all in a day, so your not going to lose it all in a day…….
You never gained it all in a week or a month, so your not going to lose it in a week or a month…..
A DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT….there for we are all on a diet….
THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGE
You got the change the way you think and feel about food
TRY THIS, and stick to it.
The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change.
Results will be in about the same time
Fruits and Veggies
Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.
Don’t eat anything that comes in a can, box or package….
…..THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD…..
If man made it, don’t eat it
NO white BREAD or SUGAR
NO FRIED FOOD…
Stay away from FAST FOOD
Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog
Don’t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change
I have lost 25.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week….controlled portion….this really works………

For your age, you should think about losing 5 pounds a month (or a week).
All you have to do is eat healthy, meaning no more McDonalds (or any other junk food restaurants) or sweets other than Low Fat Yogurt. No more ice cream, cookies, candy, and soda. Try doing this for about a month.
Usually, I go for an hour walk a day in the park, only when I have no volleyball practice.
Sometimes I starve myself and I enjoy it.
Really, the only thing that matters is how much you eat.
The amount of food that you eat daily is a mandatory thing to know because it helps you figure out how much pounds/weight you will gain from eating that food.
Just make sure that you cut down what you eat and KEEP ACTIVE.
Go outside and play an hour a day. It doesn’t matter with or without friends.
Take a walk around the neighborhood or whatever.

- I know that this works because I used to weigh 209 pounds 2 months ago, but now I only weigh 196 pounds because I’ve been following this.
Trust me, it works.
- Your ***** (poop) makes you 1-3 pounds heavier, so make sure that you **** every day or every other day.
