Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:
I’m 130 pounds and 5′2″. I have 7 weeks and I want to lose 25 pounds. Please tell me how many calories I should eat a day and how much should I fast walk on a treadmill a day. Please don’t tell me its unhealthy and that I’ll gain it back. Thanks! BTW: i’m 14 and a girl.

I am 14 and a boy and i am in the situation =S 7 weeks to lose weight
You have to be realistic. If you cut food intake and do exercise you can lose up to 2 pounds per week. That will be a massive 14lbs loss in the 7 weeks. You will then have to maintain that by keeping to a healthy diet with regular meals and keep doing the exercises. Do not opt for acai berries etc as that would not help you to get into a good regime. Well, I don’t about ur body in comparison to mine but I have been doing 50 sit-ups, 50 Toe touches and 50 side twist everyday; taking laxatives; and I stopped eating anything fried, greasy and or any sort of junk food and so far I hav lost 6 pounds (In four days!). Don’t go overboard with the lax, it could result in diarrhea. Haha. But if u do decide to try this know that ur core (stomach, back & thighs) WILL hurt and that is only becuz it is working.
