I have a treadmill, and I eat pretty healthy, I try to keep it at 1000 calories a day, and it just seems like im not losing any weight. I am 5′3, 135 pounds. Before I was pregnant i weighed 105. My daughter is now 8 months old and I still have a belly :(

Please do not try crash diets or outrageous diets, it may be the worst thing for your body. The best way to lost weight is to stick to healthy eating and exercise. maybe instead of cutting more calories you could up your fitness by like a half hour a day. Taking your daughter on a walk would be a good thing to do.

Well, you’re not eating enough.
Someone your size should be eating around 1400 calories a day to keep your metabolism up.
You might also try eating at regular intervals of about 2 and a half hours. Make sure you’re not eating too many sweets or carbs(you need some carbs, though. make sure they’re whole grains.). And make sure you’re not eating two hours before you go to bed and that you’re not snacking and not counting thOse calories.
And you have to do cardio AND weight lifting. Cardio to burn fat, and weights to build muscle and burn more calories while you’re idle.

I think your body is in starvation mode because your calorie intake is too low. Your body will grab and hold on to every little bit of food you give it. Go on a healthier diet that allows you a higher calorie intake, but that can build up your metabolism. Try the Flat Belly Diet and see how you go, but remember that it can take a bit of time for your body to recover, so be patient as well.
