in need to know how to lose 25 pounds of not musle but fat see i use to weigh 248 pounds and now i way 200 pounds sence i last checkt that was 2 days ago i went from a pant size of 46 down to a 36 and now i want to know what i’m doin rong because my belly has changed and my man ***** are gone but i still have a hand full of fat docter told me to only get to 200 pounds before than another docter advized me to go down to what my wight should be for my hight and fram and thats 175 pounds i don’t want to talk pills and i don’t have loads of cash either

walk or run… its getting to be summer so get outside and get active.

Eat healthy and exercise regularly. SInce you weigh 200 pounds, begin by eating lots of fruits and vegetables and walk a lot. You can’t just start doing intense workouts until you are at a lower weight.
