Eat a grapefruit for breakfast and another for lunch. Have a well balanced dinner and drink lots of water. The grapefruit contain something called ketones which burn fat cells quickly.
Your at the perfect weight range and you really should not lose any weight at all. 25 pounds is an exorbent amount of weight for you to lose and I don’t see how any female at 5 foot 5 inches at 95 pounds could look healthy. You need to only focus on exercises that focus on the buttocks and hips to tone up that area if you are concerned about the size of your ****. Please adhere to my advice to NOT LOSE WEIGHT!
I’m 5′6 and at my lowest I weighed 93 lbs. Very long story short, I nearly died. I recommend that you just eat healthy and regularly exercise. Please don’t start a cycle of doing crash diets, self-starvation, exercise-bulimia, and the like (I can name many other gross things I and other girls did, but I don’t want to give you or anyone else any bad ideas). I’ve been struggling deeply with all this BS for the past 5 years (and minor issues for most of my life). I’m FINALLY now getting my life back on track.
I’m currently 160 and I would LOVE to be 120, but my actual realistic weight goal is 140 (believe it or not, some guys like junk in the trunk. I found one who loves me as ME!)
