I have two kids. One is two years old and the other just turned one. I can’t seem to lose the belly fat and the ****. Help me please!!!!

1. don’t eat 2 hr before you go to bed

2. stop eating candy, sweets and junk food

3. start some sort of out of your oridinary daily routine activity

and don’t expect it to happen over night or even in a week..give it time though and in a few weeks it will i promise. I lost 50lbs after I had my baby this way! :D Anything other diet where you loose weight fast is not good for you and will result in serious health complications.

Are you a woman or a man? If your a woman, spend more time doing cardio than weights, and eat around 1800 calories a day ( depends on your height/weight.)
Drink lots of water… like 3-4 litres a day.
if your a man, do more weights than cardio, and eat around 2000 calories. excerise at least 3-4 times a week, for man/woman.

What helps is you need to start stressing out, and relax. I know it may not make sense first, but it really helps. And if it helps even more, think about taking yoga classes, your opinion. You also need to exercise at least 45 minutes a day-to an hour. And don’t over do it. Also, try controlling what you eat and avoid junk foods and fatty foods, if you aren’t all ready. I recommend planning out what you’re going to eat, such as salads, strips of steak, and lots of veggies. This should help. Also consider signing up at your local gym for personal trainers if needed.

Do simple exercises such as:
*Going 2 da park with ur kids
*Walking da dog
*Using da stairs
*Going 4 a jog
*Going swimming

Try dancing. I’m sure the kids will love it and it’s free. Try twists and stretching from side to side, whenever you get a free moment. I’m just trying to think of things that can help without leaving the house with the kids in the wintertime and it’s free.

This is really hard to do for a mom with young children, but seriously, you probably need more sleep! If you are eating right and exercising, which of course you know is the best way to lose weight, then drinking a lot of water and sleeping more is going to help you a lot. I lost about 15 pounds in a month once I started sleeping more. Now after my second child, I am not losing the weight as fast b/c my schedule doesn’t allow more than 5 or 6 hours, and the dr said not sleeping has a huge impact on weight loss/gain. I know it’s hard (impossible?) to get 8 hrs/night with little kids, but that would do it.

Alternatively, try an internal cleansing regimen. Whole Foods has a variety of options. It’s not the best way for long term results, but for very fast results, you can lose a good 10 pounds or more. The 25 is going to have to be from diet (try reading Eat Right for Your Type), exercise, sleeping, and water, though! Good luck!

The best and safest way to lose weight is to cut down your portions. You need all the food groups to maintain a healthy lifestyle, your body needs a little bit of everything to work properly. Cutting out certain foods that it needs, such as carbs etc. sends the body into “shock” basically and it doesn’t work properly. In some instances, it doesn’t function properly.
I didn’t omit anything from my diet, I just cut back on some stuff like bread, potatoes aka carbs etc., but didn’t OMIT! I drank fresh brewed green tea with splenda to cut the bitterness, instead of soda and water. The green tea boosts metabolism and is LOADED with antioxidants. Water flushes you out and makes you feel full. I ate yogurt for b-fast(Dannon makes a low fat low carb that Tastes good!) and I lost 30 lbs!
Moderation, smaller portions and Green Tea!!!!!!!!!!!!
