I am 14, I weight 150 pounds, and I am 5 feet and 10 inches. I want to be a little lighter and more agile to play basketball, but I also want to gain muscle play stronger on the court. I don’t want to do anything to extreme because I am still growing taller. I really want my whole body to gain muscle.
