I’m willing to run on my treadmill for 30 minutes or go on my olyptical machine for 30 minutes or both (each for 15 minutes). I’m also willing to go swimming for 2 hours on weekends. If you can give me any combinations of foods that will help me lose weight that’d be awesome. Would you also tell me what foods help lose weight… Thanks!

the tredmill and eliptical merely provide cardio,which isnt enough…you must do toning as well…just portion control your food intake…you dont need any fancy food combos or diets!

i would suggest the quickest way to lose weight is trying Weight Watchers. i was very reluctant to try them myself but with a lot of pushing from a good friend i joined a weekly group meeting. and to my surprise without any exercise at all i was averaging about 2.3 to 3lbs a week of weight loss. When i started exercising (walking,biking, and weights) i began losing on average 3 to 4 lbs a week. not that this is a normal average for everyone that trys Weight Watchers but for me it worked really well. Best of luck on your weight loss goals.. P.S. there ice cream bars are super good too..lol
