I’m 5′4 and about 157 pounds i’m 15 almost 16. I would like to lose weight so i’m healthier(diabetes and heart disease run in my family) and toner. The time limit is because I would love to do it before school starts. My bone structure is bigger as in my hips are huge so i’ll never be a size 0 or would I want to be( it’s to skinny for me) I have a hourglass/pear shape. Plz help me out if you can.

ehm u cant lose 15 pounds in 4 weeks. okay the highest 10 pounds in a month/4 weeks. that means working out everyday and having a no junk food diet. the more u lose the harder it becomes. just take it slow and steady k. u cna lose 20 pounds in 2 months if u r strict
I am 5′4 and 16 years old, I have managed to go from 150 pounds to 121, so I hope the advice I give you will help!
First of all you need to create a goal, have an ideal weight in your mind that you would like to reach. Make sure it is realistic and remember it is healthy to lose 2 pounds maximum per week! Start a food diary where you can record what you eat each day and make sure that you keep within the calories.
I suggest you eat 1500 calories a day, this is the amount you should eat to lose a pound a week, without exercise! If you burn 500 calories off on top of this then you could very well lose 2 pounds a week.
First of all you need to cut out the fatty and sugary foods. Unfortunately, this means cutting out the cakes, crisps, ice cream and chocolate! Instead of gorging yourself on these, set one day a week aside where you allow yourself a little treat. For example, a bowl of berries with a table spoon of chocolate sauce of a small chocolate bar like a milky way!
Next you need to cut out the stodgy carbohydrates! This means instead of eating white bread, pasta and white rice, eat whole meal bread, brown rice and oats. These release energy slower which makes you feel fuller for longer!
Next it is quite important to limit your intake of dairy. So don’t eat lots of cheese, yogurt or milk. Stick to skimmed milk, low fat cheese and yogurt. They are just as good!
Here are some low fat meal ideas you could use.
Breakfast:
Mixed fruit salad with a few tablespoons of low fat yogurt.
One piece of whole grain toast with half a can of beans or tomato’s.
One piece of whole grain toast with two scrambled eggs.
Porridge made from oats and either skimmed milk or water, add fruit.
Porridge made from oats, skimmed milk/water and add honey.
Lunch:
A fish or chicken salad.
A home made soup or tinned soup.
A whole grain sand which with low fat mayonnaise and chicken.
A whole grain wrap with a low fat filling.
A small box of sushi.
Dinner:
Roasted vegetables with chicken.
A prawn or chicken stir fry.
Fish with brown rice and broccoli.
Steak with vegetables.
New potato’s with chicken and vegetables.
Healthy treats:
A bowl of berries with one tablespoon of chocolate sauce.
A bowl of strawberries with single cream.
A banana with low fat yogurt and honey.
A granola bar or home made granola.
Dried fruit added to low fat yogurt.
A small chocolate bar such as a milky way.
A glass of flavored milk.
Drinking green tea and plenty of water will help speed up your metabolism! Also adding chili to food will. Snack on fruit which is full of fibre which will help you feel fuller for longer.
its possible to do it if u eat right and exercise 1 hour a day for one week and you will lose 10 pounds in a week it worked for me. Or you can drink lemon juice water Cayenne pepper and maple srup mixed together and u drink that every 4 hours for 4 days and u will lose 16 pounds in 4 days and between those 4 hours u cant eat veggies

There is so much false information going around about weight loss. Some is decent advice but most of it is horrible.
The most important thing for fat loss, is that your diet is as natural and unprocessed as possible. It almost always comes back to the over processing of food that makes it bad for you, and makes it totally destroy your metabolism and hormone balance in your body. For example, why eat refined grains, when you can eat whole grains. Why eat refined sugar, when you can get natural sources of sugar from a high nutrient whole food like fruit. Why eat highly processed, refined, and hydrogenated vegetable oils (these are THE worst thing in the modern diet), when you can eat natural sources of healthy fats like nuts, avocados, fish, eggs, coconut milk, organically raised meat, and so forth. The point is to not fall for some gimmick like low carbs, low fat, high protein, or any other combination that has you focusing on one macronutrient vs. another. Your body needs all macronutrients to thrive and obtain a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. Trying to cut an entire food group out just works against what your body needs.
Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. Don’t count calories, it will drive you crazy. Just stop eating when your satisfied. You will get to where you want to be.
