I’m 12 years old and weigh 155 pounds. I want to weigh at most 130 pounds by July 1st. Please describe or send me a link to a planned diet (where I’m told what to eat for each meal) without breaking my pescatarianism. Also, something that is not expensive and can be easily obtained. By the way, a pescatarian is basically a vegetarian who eats seafood but NO other meats (chicken, beef, etc) I eat fish, shellfish, etc.

“3 days american heart association diet” on google and go to the first link…. it really helps. follow the rules and guidlines (not many… it tells you what to eat for each meal) and you can lose 10 pounds in 3 days
also don’t forget to excersise
considering your 12, try running up and down the stairs, riding your bike around the neighboorhood, walking around the neighborhood, stretching. also when your watching tv do jumping jacks or run on the spot. do jump rope. when your brushing your teeth do squats. put on your fvourite song and dance like crazy at home.
