I’m 5′9” 345 pounds and i have been eating nonstop for two years so that i can prove to myself and everybody that fat people can be loved. My girlfriend helped me along the way. But now i think i have gotten too big. I was thinking of doing some exercises such as stretching and sit ups to get some flexibility but i couldn’t anymore. Did i get too fat? How can i lose just 25 pounds?

Stick a hose pipe up your **** and connect it to a vacuum cleaner. Make sure it is blowing out and not ******* in.

A pound weight is made of 3000 calories. Eat 450 calories less than you need each day, and you will lose a pound a week. Exercise (just a brisk 30 minute walk every day), and stretching / bending, will also help.

But why did you do that to yourself? Of course fat people can be loved, but why risk ruining your health to prove it?

so Ur telling me that Ur getting fat to prove OTHERS that fat people can be loved. IT would have been OK if u wanted to prove it for yourself.But any ways exercise and eat better
