Lose 25 Pounds FAQ:


Im 14 years old, and i weigh about 160,to tell you the truth. and i want to lose weight,before school starts in about 30 days. i would love some advice. im dying to lose weight, pleaseeee.how much should i exercise,how long should i walk my dogs everyday? give me a healty food guidlinee,as to what i should eat?

i’m in the same boat, except i have two weeks and i want to lose ten lbs by then, and then 30 all together (by next summer) =] i’m 160 and 14 too.

drink lots of water, jog for 30 minutes every other day, cut back on sweets/junk foods….eat more fruits and veggies, not as much bread. walk dogs for 30 or more minutes. do 15 crunches/15 pushups (to start out with) and 30 squats (dont bend knees over toes though) and 20 lunges (again with no knee over toes). keep this up for a month and do the exercises at least 3-4 times a week =]
