Well its Summer now & I`m hoping to lose weight and stay in shape. I want to lose 25 pounds before Freshman year begins. How can I do that ? Tips needed please .

That is a lot of weight to lose in a 2-3 months but diet, eat very healthly, a small meal every 2 and half to 3 hours and get an hour or more of cardio in daily.
hello, eat a little bit at a time. dont have a HUGE meal and then eat nothing, take it little by little. also, you can try once a week,a special diet. its just one day you only 1 egg white and 1 grapefruit every hour and a half. and drink plenty of water. WALK OR RUN A LOT. it really helps. take the stairs instead of elevators, every little bit counts. dont eat after 6 oclock, maybe a light snack. and make it a way of life….you will loose weight.
you would be suprised at the amount of food that we eat when we dont even need it.
You can lose weight by just looking at the food you eat without even thinking of excersizing
for example
For 1 meal for example dinner all you need is a handful of spaghetti, a hand full of rice, etc. You see how u always eat plate fulls of that stuff, well all u need to live is a handful of it. who cares if ur stomach growls, it doesnt matter. All you need to live is a handful of something, that is one serving. you will lose alot of weight after. And try to drink water and 250 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice. nothing else. and if ur into the sodas, drink COKE ZERO or diet sodas with NO CALORIEs.
and eat alot of fruits such as oranges, apples, etc.
do this for 2-3 months and u will see RESULTS.
and cut bck from mcdonalds, and those other fast foods. its really worth it
i asked my doctor that too and she said you can olny lose 2 pounds a week max. if you like exercising this is what i do: swim 1 1/2 hrs in the morning, then go running for about 30 minutes w/ 3 or 4 of my friends, then i swim again 1 1/2 hrs in the evening. i also make sure to eat lots of fruit, drink plenty of water, and drink 1-2 glasses of milk a day. im losing about 1or 1 1/2 pounds a week. hope this helps. xD
